While wrestling in a tournament, I tore 3 of the 4 ligaments in my right knee. I was devastated physically, spiritually and mentally. Depression set in. I broke up with my girlfriend and isolated myself from my teammates and my friends. Then my athletic trainer, chiropractor and strength coach got me motivated to rehabilitate. This experience inspired me to help others get back to activities they love. In addition, I never look at an injury in isolation. From my experience the spiritual and emotional component of not being able to do what you want physically can be the most painful part. I care about the whole you.

All that matters to me is helping people get back to an active lifestyle so they can be the best they can be
